Sobertides offers an 10-session coaching program based on the content of your complimentary copy of the book "This Naked Mind" by Annie Grace. Each week, I give you a list of chapters to read, and things to note down. We'll meet online via Zoom weekly to discuss the material, work on your thoughts and beliefs, and introduce tools to help you get unstuck. I'll be your sounding board and backup throughout the process, providing you with the support you need to achieve your goals. Let's work together to create a brighter future for yourself.
