Is This Right For Me
Understanding Alcohol Freedom Coaching
Because what works for one person rarely works the next. Before anything else, I want to understand where you actually are, not just what you want to change.
It would include what's been going on, how its affecting you and what you've already tried.
That conversation shapes everything that follows.
It also means that if the existing options aren't quite the right fit, we can work out something that is.
It depends on where you are right now, which is why I recommend starting with a Free strategy call to talk things through.
Coaching gives you space to work through roadblocks, gain perspective, and apply what you’re learning to your own situation. Courses provide structured knowledge and tools you can work through at your own pace.
Many people choose to combine both. The course builds understanding, while coaching helps you apply that understanding when challenges come up.
For example, The Men's Guide to Drinking Less course helps you understand how alcohol shapes habits,
thinking, and motivation.
The 30-Day Breakaway Alcohol Experiment then gives you a supported way to experience life without alcohol for a period of time and see what changes.
I’m based in Australia and generally available during these times (Adelaide Central Standard Time):
Mondays and Tuesdays: 6:00am–11:00am & 4:00pm–8:00pm Saturdays: 9:00am–12:00pm
If these don’t work for you, just reach out, and we’ll find a better slot. The booking system will also adjust to your local time if your browser’s location services are on.
If you’re purchasing a "Program" (Coaching + Course), you will see an instalment plan option at checkout. Individual Courses and Coaching packages are not currently offered with payment plans.
We accept credit and debit cards for both Australian and International clients.
For Australian clients, there’s also an EFT manual option with our BSB and account details.
