    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.

  • Why do you prefer I book a Discovery Call first?
    The Discovery Call helps me determine what your needs are before booking a plan. Its possible the plans I have a available don't meet your requirements. In that case I might have to put together a different offering that is more suitable.
  • How do I book a Discovery Call with you?
    Go to the Services Menu option and select the Free Discovery Call option. The process will allow you to choose an appropriate time and date for the call. If the times are not suitable for your particular time zone, leave a chat message or email me at coachtony@sobertides.com.
  • What payments options do you have for your paid plans?
    For Australian and overseas clients, credit/debit card facilities are available. For Australian customers only there is also an EFT manual option with our BSB and Account details.
  • Which offering is best for me? Turn the Tide or Catch the Wave?
    It depends! This is why we like to do a Free Discovery Call first. Generally the Turn the Tide offering prepares you for a 30 day break (Which is the Catch the Wave offering, optional of course) The Catch the Wave offering is designed to support you with personalised coaching during a 30 day Alcohol Experiment with This Naked Mind.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
