Understanding Alcohol Freedom Coaching
Because what works for one person may not work for the next. Before anything else, I want to understand where you actually are, not just what you want to change. It would include what's been going on, how its affecting you and what you've already tried. That conversation shapes everything that follows. It also means that if the existing options aren't quite the right fit, we can work out something that is.
It depends on where you are right now, which is why I recommend starting with a Free strategy call to talk things through.
Coaching gives you space to work through roadblocks, gain perspective, and apply what you’re learning to your own situation. Courses provide structured knowledge and tools you can work through at your own pace.
Many people choose to combine both. The course builds understanding, while coaching helps you apply that understanding when challenges come up.
For example, The Men's Guide to Drinking Less course helps you understand how alcohol shapes habits,
thinking, and motivation.
The 30-Day Breakaway Alcohol Experiment then gives you a supported way to experience life without alcohol for a period of time and see what changes.

If you drink heavily or regularly and you’re not sure whether it is safe to stop or cut back suddenly, please speak with your doctor before making a significant change to your drinking.Alcohol withdrawal can be very serious for some people and it isn’t something to manage through coaching alone.Your doctor can assess your circumstances and advise you on the safest way to reduce or stop drinking. Once you’ve dealt with any medical considerations, coaching can help with the thinking, habits and behaviour that come afterwards.Alcohol freedom coaching is not medical advice, substance abuse counselling or a substitute for any professional health support. Coaching is a structured way to understand and change your relationship with alcohol. Please, if you have concerns about the physical or mental effects of your drinking, above all speak with your doctor first!
